Cancel your bus ticket easily and securely
If you have a confirmed ticket booked through www.soudia.com, please enter your ticket PNR and the mobile number you used during ticket purchase.
In case you have reserved a ticket through bKash or opted for Cash on Delivery, and you want to cancel it, don't worry, it would be cancelled automatically due to non-receipt of payment.

For bKash: The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
For card or internet banking/ Other MFS: The refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
